Uniform and Policies


In order to accurately instruct students in executing proper classical ballet technique, the positions of the legs, feet, and torso must be visible. The physical transition of changing into dance clothes assists students in making the mental transition to focusing on the body that is essential to a successful learning environment. Only small pierced earrings may be worn and we ask that no necklaces, watches, or bracelets are worn during class.

We now sell tights, leotards and ballet slippers in the studio! Please ask Michelle to see sizes and styles.


Black leotard with an attached skirt. Pink tights and pink shoes are required.

LEVELS 1 - 3 

Black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes are required. Hair is to be pulled back in a neat bun.

LEVELS 4 - 5

Any color leotard. Pink or black tights. Ballet shoes and ballet bunts are required. Skirts or appropriate dance warm-ups are permitted. 

Boys are required to wear white t-shirts or white male leotard with black shorts or tights.



Unfortunately, parents cannot observe weekly classes as it is disruptive to both the teachers and the students. We have an annual peek week in the spring which is an opportunity to see what your child is learning in class.


Children should be potty trained and able to use the bathroom by themselves. Please help remind your dancer to use the bathroom before class.


Punctuality and consistent attendance are crucial aspects of ballet practice. We respectfully ask that you arrive on time to drop off and pick up your child. If you are consistently late to pick up or drop off your child, we will request an individual meeting and reserve the right to terminate participation in the ballet program.

​If you enroll with a payment plan you must have an active credit card on file. Payments will be made on the 1st of the month unless otherwise requested.


Once registration is complete and tuition has been paid, there will be no refunds given.​
