Adult Dance and Dance Fitness

Let's Move

We are proud to offer a variety of dance and dance fitness classes for any age or ability. In addition to traditional tap and ballet classes, we also offer our signature Movement Methods including Bounce, Dance Cardio, Sculpt and Flex + Flow. Our classes are joy-based, alignment-focused, and musically driven. Get the most out of your workout and have fun while you’re at it.

Beginner/Intermediate Ballet

Saturdays 11 am

A gentle ballet class open to all abilities. This class will start with a traditional ballet warm-up at the barre, think plies, tendus, ronds de jambs etc. and finish center floor and with a nice big stretch.

Female Dancer

Contemporary Dance

Wednesdays 6:15 pm

Open to all levels, this contemporary dance class blends elements of ballet, modern, jazz, lyrical and hip hop to create a unique movement experience. The class will start with a warm-up, move across the floor and finish by learning a bit of choreography.
